Nestled between Issaquah's beautiful Tiger and Squawk Mountains this oasis provides endless activities and adventures. It features epic views of paragliders, trailheads are 2 blocks away, and it's a short 1 mile walk or ride to Issaquah's downtown food scene. This property is perfect for kids to romp and play, enjoy games, share laughs, and create memorable meals together!

If you check out each individual listing on our profile you will potentially be able to get a better understanding of the property itself. It is a 1/3 acre lot with the 100 year old main house (Gateway House) and the newly built (2020/21) DADU (the Gateway Getaway). The house is a 3 bed, 1 bath house and the DADU is a loft unit with vaulted ceilings with modern furnishings. You will have 3 bedrooms in the house (1 king, 2 qn/full), and in the DADU you have 1 king open lofted room with a sleeper sofa. It can sleep up to 9 people comfortably.

The DADU doesn't not allow for young children and if information is not shared I have a hard time approving the stay when I don't know if there is a safety factor involved. Thank you. Also- the trampoline in the main outdoor picture is no longer on the property. For all direct and VRBO reservations, a guest verification notification will be sent via Truvi, our trusted platform for identity and background screening. No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property. For stays longer than 28 days, our standard procedure includes: - Signed lease agreement - Background check - Refundable security deposit: $3,000 Additional requirements: - Deep cleaning fee: $50 - Regular cleaning fee: Required every 30 days Pet Policy: We love hosting your furry companions! Hausregeln

Any additional guest will be charged an additional $50 per guest per night. There is a $100 pet deposit. Any thing past the 2 day minimum will be charged $15/per day for the 1st dog. Any additional pets will be charged $10/day per pets. All pets must be house trained, kid and pet friendly, stay off all furniture. If a service animal is listed we will request their documentation. They must not be left alone in the unit unless crated or a $100 fee will apply. It is required to pick up after your dog after they poop. If not a $25 fee will be fined after your stay. We do not provide any kitty supplies so please bring all supplies that are needed and clean up after your stay properly. We also provide dog beds for a $25 fee for the rental and extra cleaning fee. If a stay longer than 28 days is booked we require a separate lease agreement to be signed as well as a maintenance clean for $200 every two weeks. If there are any additional guests staying that were not registered a $50/guest fee is applicable or possible eviction without refund upon the hosts evaluation and decision. There is a $500 fee for any evidence of smoking, e-cigarette, vaping, and/or drugs is found. No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property. Our check in time is 4pm. If an early check-in or late check-out is requested we will do our best to accommodate. We do not charge for the first two hours but if anything earlier than that is requested there is a $20 per hour for up to 4 hours fee and then a half day charge if earlier than that. Fee must be paid in full prior to the door code. Please be sure to read carefully through our house rules to ensure our residence is a fit for your needs and let us know of any questions. Dieses Haus war perfekt für meine fünfköpfige Familie (drei Kinder unter 8 Jahren) und die Einliegerwohnung über der Garage war genau das Richtige für meine Schwiegereltern, wenn sie eine Pause von den Kindern brauchten 92a. Wir würden definitiv wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir das nächste Mal in der Gegend von Issaquah sind. What a great find! This place was perfect for my family of 5 (three kids under 8) and the ADU above the garage was just what my in-laws needed when they wanted a break from the kids 🤪 Would definitely stay here again if we visit the Issaquah area in the future

The Gateway Gathering is located just 1 mile South of Issaquah’s city center and less than 2 miles from I-90, Seattle’s east / west artery running from the mountains to the sea. Typical drive time from Sea Tac airport is 25-40 minutes (traffic dependent) and an Uber/Lyft will run you $40-$60 each way (surge price dependent) Hiking, biking and activities are totally doable without a car especially in the summer months. The closest bus stop is appx 0.8 miles away and there is a transit center 2.5 miles away. For hiking outside of Squak and Tiger Mtns, there are literally hundreds of hikable trails within a 40 minute drive of the Gateway Gathering. Closest skiing is 40 min away (Snoqualmie Pass) with Crystal and Stevens running 2-2.5 h
