Perfectly located in the heart of Kirkland, our home is just a short walk to downtown, the waterfront/marina, parks, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Take in the spectacular sunsets from the expansive covered deck with an outdoor kitchen, heater, multiple lounge areas, and dining table, or relax in the private, professionally maintained hot tub. We have thought of every detail and we promise you won’t want to leave!

The main house features 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is newly remodeled (2024) and features an en suite bath, designer walk in closet, Tempur-pedic bed, and a cozy electric fireplace. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and is in close proximity to another full bath. The expansive covered back deck steals the show, with a large bbq grill with built in refrigerator, griddle, and crab pot burner, a large sectional, dining table, and heater. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need, including a Breville espresso machine, Keurig, French press, and standard drip coffee maker (we do like our coffee in Seattle!). The new refrigerator has a beverage center with a filtered water dispenser and self filling filtered water pitcher and an ice maker that makes two sizes of cubes. The living and dining areas are light filled and comfortable with cozy couches warm throw blankets. We have a guest cottage in backyard area in rear of main house- this unit has its own full bath, King bed, and small kitchenette (as detailed in photos) this unit is included with the main house rental and is not rented separately so as to maintain a more private guest experience. For all direct and VRBO reservations, a guest verification notification will be sent via Truvi, our trusted platform for identity and background screening. All bedrooms and living areas have televisions with Roku players. Roku is in guest mode so you can log in to all your favorite streaming services and logins will be automatically cleared at 11am on your day of checkout. All bedrooms have easily accessible outlets and usb ports at each bedside to make charging your phones or plugging in your cpap machine as convenient as possible. The laundry room features a washer and two dryers, a clothes steamer, and ironing board. Both the house and cottage have air conditioning. Please read all house rules before booking. Contact us prior to booking if you would like to bring pets and note that only registered guests are allowed to be on the property unless you get prior approval. We do not permit parties or gatherings.

We have quiet hours between 10pm and 7am as this is a quiet residential neighborhood and our neighbors have small children. We do not permit hot tub use during these times. For stays longer than 28 days, our standard procedure includes: - Signed lease agreement - Background check - Refundable security deposit: $3000 Additional requirements: - Deep cleaning fee: $50 - Regular cleaning fee: Required every 30 days Pet Policy: We love hosting your furry companions! To help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our space for all guests, a pet fee will apply based on the length of your stay: 7–14 Days: $200 for 1 pet 14–30 Days: $350 for 1 pet, $500 for 2 pets 30+ Days: $500 for 1 pet, $750 for 2 pets Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing a pet so we can prepare the space accordingly. Thank you for helping us keep our home welcoming, pet-friendly, and well cared for! Guests are responsible for cleaning the BBQ grill after use. Please run the burners for several minutes and clean the grill once finished. Failure to make a reasonable effort to clean the grill will result in a $25 cleaning fee. A $50 fee will be charged if a deep clean is required, as determined by our cleaning team. Additional Guests: The base price includes up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is $50 per guest per night. This allows the home to be more affordable for smaller groups while covering the additional wear and tear for larger groups. Left Items: Before you leave, we kindly ask that you double-check for any personal items. Please note that if items are left behind, a $25 service fee plus shipping costs will apply to have them returned to you. We want every stay to be smooth and enjoyable. There are no parties or gatherings of any sort allowed. This includes any person over the number of registered guests being on the property at any time without prior express written approval from us including the number of visitors you wish to host. Any violation of this rule will result in a cancellation of the reservation as well as additional guest charges. We have strict quiet hours outside after 10pm and prohibit hot tub use during this time. We want our guests to be able to relax and enjoy themselves and so ask that you consider if these restrictions will work with you and your guests before booking. There is absolutely no smoking of anything allowed inside our home. If you smoke anything, you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee. Pets: Up to 2 small dogs may be allowed at owners discretion. Please contact us prior to booking to discuss your pets. Pets may not be left alone at the property. No excessive barking. Please keep pets off of the furnitue unless using provided pet covers. Guests must dispose of all dog waste in outside containers. We want your stay to be a 5-star experience, we put a lot of time and effort into making sure the house has everything you may need. If you find something missing or not working properly, please give us the opportunity to address or fix - please don't let it impact the quality of your stay or how you rate your experience. Also, we understand that accidents happen- if something breaks during your stay please let us know immediately - we are fair and reasonable and will work with you on how to resolve.

Ils avaient même différents types de machines à café (espresso), un kit pour s'mores, et la cuisine était équipée pour préparer de délicieux repas. L'emplacement est paisible, tout en étant à distance de marche du charmant centre-ville de Kirkland. Je recommande vivement ! 5 stars isn’t enough to describe this rental. From ease of check-in to check-out, host responsiveness to having everything you can imagine for a comfortable stay. They even had different types of coffee machines (espresso), a s’mores kit, and the kitchen was outfitted to create wonderful meals. The location is serene, yet walkable to the lovely downtown Kirkland. Highly recommend!

Cet endroit était absolument magnifique. Les photos ici ne lui rendent pas justice, C’EST SUPERBE ! Le quartier était très agréable et la vue depuis la maison était incroyable. Nous avons passé le Nouvel An ici et il y avait beaucoup à faire, avec un accès facile depuis l’emplacement. Ce logement avait toutes les commodités, et même plus. Le jacuzzi était chaud et fonctionnait très bien. L’hôte était formidable. Nous aimerions beaucoup revenir ici. This place was an absolute beauty. The photos on here do not do it justice, GORGEOUS! The neighborhood was very good and the view from the house was amazing. We enjoyed NYE there and had lots to do and easy access from the location. This place had all the amenities plus some. The hot tub was hot and work well. The host was amazing. We would love to stay here again.

Nous avons eu la chance de réserver cette magnifique maison à relativement court terme. L’avant de la maison ne paie pas de mine, mais dès que vous passez la porte, c’est un grand waouh ! C’est une très belle propriété, conforme aux photos ! Elle est confortable tout en étant moderne, propre, fonctionnelle et très calme. Nous y étions un week-end pluvieux, donc il était difficile de profiter pleinement de la vue sur le lac, mais je parie qu’elle est superbe et reposante. Le lit était confortable et nous avons tous les deux très bien dormi, ce qui est rare quand nous ne sommes pas chez nous ! Nous avions aussi une situation particulière et les propriétaires ont accepté notre demande, ce qu’ils n’étaient pas obligés de faire, mais c’était très gentil de leur part. Nous recommandons vivement cette propriété ! We were lucky enough to book this beautiful home on somewhat short notice. The front of the house looks very unsuspecting, but then you walk in the door and it's a big wow! It's a beautiful property and looks like the photos! It's comfortable yet modern, clean, functional and very quiet. We were there on a rainy weekend so it was hard to get a good view of the lake but I bet it's gorgeous and relaxing. The bed was comfortable and we both slept great, usually we don't sleep well when we're away! We also had a unique situation and the owners were amenable to our request which they didn't have to do, but it was very kind of them. We highly recommend this property!

Il a été entièrement rénové et aménagé en pensant aux invités : c'était super propre, il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin, et on s'est tout de suite sentis comme chez nous. Les hôtes sont réactifs et prennent soin de l'endroit, et cela se voit. Nous sommes restés ici plus de 3 semaines et nous n'avons jamais cessé d'apprécier nos balades jusqu'à l'eau et en ville, la terrasse arrière pour les appels professionnels, ainsi que les lits confortables et la cuisine bien équipée. A++ — séjournez ici, vous ne le regretterez pas. I can’t say enough good about this sweet place. It’s been totally renovated and outfitted with guests in mind it was super clean, had everything we needed, and felt like home immediately. The hosts are responsive and take care of the place and it shows. We stayed here for over 3 weeks and couldn’t get enough of our walls to the water and into town, the back deck for work calls, and the comfy beds and stocked kitchen. A++ — stay here, you won’t regret it.
