If you are bringing a pet along with you then we kindly ask you to keep them off the furniture. They must be dog and kid friendly as you will have a shared backyard with my family (young kids and chocolate lab). - All pets must be pre-approved by host and must follow all house rules. - Pets are not allowed on any furniture. Any evidence of this request not being followed will result in an additional $200 cleaning/damage fee. - Limit 2 pets, unless prior approval by host. Add'l pet fees apply for each additional dog. The $100 pet fee covers the 2 night minimum. If there is any additional days booked then it will be an additional $15/day for the first pet and $10/day for the second pet. You will see this request be made after the booking is made by Kelsey All pets must be house trained, kid and pet friendly, stay off all furniture. If a service animal is listed we will request their documentation. They must not be left alone in the unit unless crated or a $100 fee will apply. It is required to pick up after your dog after they poop. If not a $25 fee will be fined after your stay. We do not provide any kitty supplies so please bring all supplies that are needed and clean up after your stay properly. We also provide dog beds or crate for a $25 fee for the rental and extra cleaning fee. If leaving the premises please crate your pet if you feel they might be destructive while you are away. If a stay longer than 28 days is booked we require a separate lease agreement to be signed as well as a maintenance clean for $200 every month. There is a $500 fee for any evidence of smoking, e-cigarette, vaping, and/or drugs is found. No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property. Our check in time is 4pm. If an early check-in or late check-out is requested we will do our best to accommodate. We do not charge for the first two hours but if anything earlier than that is requested there is a $20 per hour for up to 4 hours fee and then a half day charge if earlier than that. Fee must be paid in full prior to the door code. -If you book for longer than 28 days we require a separate signed lease and $1000 refundable deposit prior to gaining entrance to the property. We also require a clean at least every month. More frequent cleans are available if wanted. - No group events or parties are allowed. - Quiet time is from 9:00pm - 7:00am. We live in a residential neighborhood, and our neighbors are our friends, we appreciate your understanding! Any additional guest will be charged an additional $50 per guest per night. You'll have full access to the Gateway Barn and its private deck. The fenced backyard and BBQ area are shared spaces, and parking is available in the gravel lot.
